Ordering Info:
Because every situation is different, I offer a few different options for placing an order:
- The traditional option is to simply add items to your shopping cart and proceed with the checkout process with PayPal.
- You can also make a list of the items you'd like and email your order to [email protected].
If you order via email, I will send you an order total, and will discuss payment options before placing your order.
Whichever ordering option you choose please know that payment is due before your order can be made or shipped.
Payment Info:
Our online payments are processed via PayPal's secure servers. You can complete your PayPal purchase using your own PayPal account, your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit or debit cards, or E-Check. (You do not need a PayPal account, but you will be asked if you'd like to create an account when you pay.)
Offline and in-person credit and debit card payments are processed by Square Up's secure servers.
Local in-person cash payments can sometimes be arranged. Please contact me for more information.
Tax:
Sales tax of 5.3% will be charged to all orders sold or shipped to the state of Virginia.
Shipping Info:
- International Orders: Orders can only be shipped to US addresses or APO/FPOs at this time.
- I offer a flat $7.95 shipping fee on all US retail orders under $50!! (If your order is small and/or very lightweight, we may be able to adjust your shipping fee via a refund.) ALL orders include POSTAL INSURANCE.
- I offer FREE SHIPPING for all US retail orders totalling $50 or more!
- Shipping Method: Your products will be shipped via USPS using either First Class or Priority Mail.
- Shipping Address: All packages will ship to the address that is listed in your PayPal account. If you need your order shipped to a different address, please contact us to let us know. Please know that it is your responsibility to provide a valid and correct ship-to address. Any package that is returned as undeliverable by the USPS will require additional postage fees from you to resend, including packages that may have originally shipped for free. No refunds will be given on orders sent to undeliverable addresses.
- Tracking Info: Once your package ships, you will be sent a tracking number, so that you’ll know when to expect your goodies! Please check shipping status at www.usps.com, or with your local postal carrier or post office.
- Production Time: Production time is the amount of time that it will take to receive your order, make your products, package them, and send to the Post Office. Your production time clock will start once payment is received and processed. Production time for E-Checks will start once your payment has cleared through your bank, which can take up to 7 business days.
While the average production time for orders is 1-3 business days, please allow for up to 10 business days. I make my products by hand, and unintended production delays can occur due to order size, supply chain delays, material availability, etc. You will be notified if production time for your items will be more than 7 business days.
